Your placement of an order at GIRLHAIRDO.COM Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
By making a payment for any hair piece to our site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above No Refund Policy.
We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy below.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item – please read fee section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

Items not eligible for exchange: overseas orders, Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories, Care Products, Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.

If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
Exchange Fees |
•
Colour Exchange: If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to color exchanges.
•
20% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).
Note: If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.
Shipping Costs on Exchange |
Original delivery charges are non- refundable nor exchangable.
All parcel must be properly packed and mailed to us via Registered mail.
Buyer bear all shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange |
Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:
1.
Email exchanges@girlhairdo.com to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.
3.
The register number for the Exchange items must be email to girlhairdo.com within 2 days from receipt of the RMA number. Once we receives your exchange package, please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange process to complete.
How to Prepare Your Exchange Package
Outside of Package:
1.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
2.
Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.
3.

Note: Girlhairdo.com only accepts exchanges that is in the original packaging( all hair pieces will be sealed inside transparent packaging before despatch) , once outer packaging have been tampered with or the plastic containging the hair pieces have been opened/teared/cut, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
