For your convenience, we provide you with your order status at each step during order processing. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order confirming we received it, an email with a shipping estimate, and then a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You will also receive a link in your original email confirmation that you can click on at anytime to view your order status.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your package’s transit progress to its shipment destination. Please note that only mail that are registered( additional $2.50 SGD ) will be given a tracking number.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.

Color Discrepancies

GIRLHAIRDO is not responsible for color recommendations made by representatives not meeting customer expectations. The description of a color is given as accurately as possible, but is subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please view the hair prior to getting a wig.
